annpolk saidI read many of the complaints about bank of America. I too am a Bank of America customer who had been researching for the past week ways to file a complaint on them. Thanks to you all for your complaints I was able to do so, and it also just confirmed that I am not the only one. I felt so horrible on the inside thinking to myself am I such a terrible money manager. Because this is how the bank make you feel after robbing you so much of your money. I realize that I am not and after many of years dealing with Bank of America online services, walk-in services, overdrafts and customer services through the 1(800) number. I realize that we are all being treated as though this money is their money and not ours. It is sad that Corporate america is taking us for all we have leaving us homeless and in poverty. We need to all take a stand. I'm am so praying that someone read and feel the pain that all of us have went through dealing with BANK OF AMERICA. GOD BLESS! And pray something is done in the upcoming years. Remember BIG GIANT CORPORATE MEANS WE ALSO NEED TO VOTE!
